What I Read in February:
1Q84 by Haruki Murakami
Wool by Hugh Howey
Swamplandia! by Karen Russell
My Life in France by Julia Child
In the Woods by Tana French
Pandemonium by Lauren Oliver
While February is not the 14 book masterpiece that was January, I’m pretty happy with this list. 1Q84 was 944 pages (and very Murakami and very good). MabelMoments suggested I read the Wool books, and I’m glad she did. I liked In the Woods and I’m going to be reading the rest of the books - it’s rare that a mystery novel is so well written - the 464 pages did not feel long. And obviously, Pandemonium. Swamplandia!, however, I did not care for.
GoodReads says I’m still 4 books ahead of my challenge to read 100 books in 2012. Be my friend there.

  2. hikergirl said: I liked in the woods too. I haven’t gotten to the next two yet.
