I do love the way the staircase flares out at the bottom. And I remember when the banks were practically giving these properties away. Looks like we’re back in that same era, which was the early-to-mid-90’s.
If I had a million bucks to spare, this is exactly the building I’d buy. Of course, I wouldn’t want the circumstances to be those described above.
