When I’m reading a good book on my ereader in bed at night, and I have no early morning plans, and it’s just so easy to keep turning pages when I should be falling asleep… This is why my sleep schedule is so messed up.
Especially when “just one more chapter” turns into 2am which turns into “that book was so good, I wonder what I’m going to read next” which then turns into either an ebook buying binge or starting another book… Which turns into 5am.
What I’m saying is that it’s only 12:18 and I’ve managed to stop reading at the end of a chapter only 28% through the book (if I hit 50% on a less than 500 page book it’s basically impossible to stop reading before the end), because I thought it would be good to sleep instead of stay up reading.
But instead of sleeping or reading I’m blogging about reading and sleeping.
