I always free form my meatloaves. Because. Who in a 900 sq ft apartment with a 63 sq ft (yes, I just measured. 9’ deep and 7’ wide) kitchen has room for a loaf pan, much less a MINI loaf pan? I keep the pan you see here IN THE OVEN. On top of a sheet pan. Because where else would they go? I have no idea. None. Anyway. These are mini turkey meatloaves. Or at least they will be in 40 minutes, after they come out of the oven.
